About the Role: 


We are looking or a candidate to fill a new position in the lining department for Pre-siting and Remedial Analyst within the Lining department. 


We are looking for an applicant who is looking for a role where no two days are the same, the role requires viewing and assessing pipe footage looking for defects, imperfections and picking up where remedial action is needed. This will also include pre-siting the jobs for planning purposes to enable detailed access plans being put together and a plan of works. The role is idea for a tech savvy person looking for a new career path.


Location: Bamber Bridge, Preston, Lancashire

Hours: 50 hours per week Monday to Friday (7am - 5pm)

Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum


Responsibilities – but not limited to: 


  • Accessing internal databases reviewing outstanding footage to access the integrity and condition of pipes.
  • Escalating found data to the appropriate systems/departments
  • Wincan experience (Desirable)
  • Preparation of completed work on data 
  • Structure Coding, producing reports (Desirable)
  • Data inputting/Data collating
  • Ensuring all records are kept up to date and accurate
  • Element of pre-sitting for lining works to raise no-dig remedial work, civils and jetting works where required.
  • Speaking with customers to agree access to land properties
  • Assisting planning 
  • An understanding of no-dig remedial techniques (must have)


We are looking for an applicant comfortable for using computer systems, good attention to details and a good eye for detail. The right candidate will have the opportunity to obtain classification.


Knowledge, experience, and qualifications required:


  • Good Administrative background
  • Computer Literate.
  • Excel understanding 
  • Good eye for detail.
  • OS19 classification – would be advantageous however not essential.
  • A driver’s licence
  • Good time management to balance both aspect of the job, office and site-based activities
