Are you an experienced and dedicated educator seeking flexibility in your teaching career? Explore exciting ad-hoc teaching positions available in Preston, offering you the chance to contribute your expertise and make a positive impact on students' learning experiences.
We are currently recruiting for ad-hoc supply positions, offering daily cover roles with a competitive pay range of £110-£130 per day. The expectation of daily cover is that work will be provided for you, no planning or preparation is needed, you will be required to deliver the work, maintain the class inline with school expectations and mark before leaving. This role is perfect for anyone wanting to maintain their classroom status but without the full teaching responsibilities. This form of cover usually supports schools with daily sickness and absence.
For those seeking a long-term commitment, starting pay is £144, with the potential to earn up to £190 per day depending on the role salary bracket. These roles will be temporary contract term time only and dependant on school needs, for example: maternity cover, resignations and staffing gaps. These roles pay higher as you will be responsible for full planning, preparation, classroom management, SLT and parent meetings and wider school responsibilities. Again, these are on an ad hoc basis as and when required by the school.
