Registered Manager - Children's Home

Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Preston, Lancashire
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum DOE + £5,000 upon registration + £5,000 OTE bonus
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs), Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Trauma, Neglect
Qualifications Required: Level 3 in Residential Childcare (essential), Level 5 in Leadership and Management (preferred or enrolled within 6 months)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in children’s residential care, 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years
Employment Type: Permanent
