We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team at OneCoWork Winckley Square. You will play a key role in delivering a first-class experience for our members while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workspace. From managing front desk responsibilities to ensuring excellent customer service, you will be the friendly face that makes our community feel welcome.
 

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Operations

• Be the first point of contact for members, visitors, and guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Oversee the daily opening, set-up, and closing of the workspace, ensuring facilities such as meeting rooms, kitchen areas, and coffee stations are fully operational.
• Support the maintenance team by reporting any issues and ensuring the space is always in excellent condition.
• Handle post and package deliveries, distributing them to members as needed.
• Manage walk-ins, front desk security, and incoming calls.
• Process payments for room bookings, membership renewals, and additional services.
• Maintain and update our CRM system and internal databases for reporting to management.

Community & Events

• Research and propose engaging events and networking opportunities for our members.
• Foster a welcoming and community-driven atmosphere, where members feel supported and valued.
• Organise and host social and professional events to strengthen connections within the space.
• Manage and update the office and event calendar.

Sales & Onboarding

• Conduct tours of the space for prospective members, showcasing the benefits of joining OneCoWork.
• Ensure new members have an exceptional onboarding experience to enhance retention and satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• A passion for entrepreneurial communities and dynamic work environments.
• Comfortable with computer systems, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend flexibility.
