Lining Assurance Team Leader

We are delivering lining solutions to five of the WASC’s in the UK across R&M and planned workstreams. Currently, the Lining Division is recruiting for a Lining Assurance Team Leader to join us in delivering exceptional customer service and innovative operational solutions across the region. As part of the central function you will be working closely with all our clients and contributing to their AMP8 objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a rewarding career.

 

About the Role:

 

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Lining Assurance Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for review all CCTV prior to any Lining works commencing across various projects. This role will involve collaborating with team members & clients, making sure deliver the right solution every time.

 

Location:

Bamber Bridge, Lancashire

Hours: 37.5 per week, 08.00am-16:00pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum (DOE)

 

Responsibilities – but not limited to:

 

Manage outputs of the Lining compliance team

Resource management to make sure volumes per contract are met

Recomending remedial works required

Structurally assessing the CCTV surveys

Updating the progress of works via excel documents

Updating relevant platforms

Ensuring the comments and mapping reflects the findings from site

Liaise with Site supervisors with any survey specific issues and update records accordingly

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, timelines, meeting notes, and progress reports

Provide regular project updates to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders

Support the management of project resources, ensuring proper allocation and tracking

 

Experience and qualifications required for the role:

 

Computer Literate

Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively, particularly to external parties such as the client if and when required

Ability and confidence to communicate with site teams and Senior management

OS19 (Desirable)

Using Wincan VX (Desirable)

Using mapping systems – (GIS Redline, MAP 16 & Odyssey)

Reliable, tolerant and be able to get on with others

Should be well presented and professional

Understanding Of Street works
